Everything I teach, I had to live first.
The short version: cancer took my life apart at 26. Rebuilding it taught me how transitions actually work. Now I guide people through theirs.

In 2016, at age 26, I was diagnosed with cancer. The life I had planned ended in one conversation with a doctor.
Here's what nobody tells you about a moment like that: the disease is only half of it. The other half is the transition it forces on you. Who are you when the old plan is gone? What actually matters when nothing is guaranteed? I had to answer those questions for real, not as an exercise.
The answers rebuilt my life from the ground up. Mindfulness and presence stopped being concepts and became survival tools, then became the foundation of a life that finally fits: living in Bali, doing work I love, present with the people I love, at home in myself in a way I never was before the diagnosis.
I won't tell you your hardest chapter is a gift. I'll help you find what it's making possible. That's not a slogan to me. It's my biography.
We are just one step away from having our lives change forever.Kevin Shroads
Because I know what it's like on your side of the table.
When my life fell apart, I tried four different therapists. None of them landed. It wasn't until I found my first life coach that things truly shifted. She helped me change my life, and she's the reason I do this work today.
So I know, from the inside, what it feels like to be lost between lives and looking for the right person to walk with. That's the coach I set out to become: someone who listens with full presence, asks the questions that cut through, and stays beside you while you take real action, not just have realizations.
We go deep and we get practical. Insight without action changes nothing. Action without insight repeats the old life in new clothes. The work is both.

The path that got me here.
Your worst chapter can start your best one. Mine did.

I practice what I guide.
Everything I share with clients, I use in my own life, every single day: mindfulness, meditation, honest self-reflection, and action that matches what I actually value.
When I'm not coaching, you'll usually find me:
- Hosting retreats in Peru
- Living in Ubud, Bali, and traveling the world
- Spending time with the people I love
- Practicing the same tools I share with my clients
Now you know my story. Tell me yours.
Thirty minutes, free, no pitch. Tell me what's changing in your life, and I'll tell you honestly whether I can help.
